1. Acceptance of Binding Agreement

By downloading, installing, accessing, or registering an account on the VX Network mobile application ("App") or accessing https://vxnetwork.pro, you enter into a legally binding agreement with VX Network Technology Inc. If you do not accept all terms contained herein, you must immediately cease usage and uninstall the App.

2. Eligibility & Account Creation

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or of legal capacity in your jurisdiction).
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration details (including Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Country).
Strict Single Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to maintain and operate strictly ONE (1) VX Network account. Operating multiple accounts across single or multiple devices is strictly prohibited.

3. Cloud Mining Protocols & Referral Multipliers

Mining operates on a manual 24-hour session renewal cycle. Users must tap the mining button once every 24 hours to keep their session active and earn rewards.
Base reward rates (+VX/hr) and referral multiplier bonuses (+VX/hr per active team member) are governed by network protocol rules and are subject to programmatic halving schedules as total active users grow.
Accrued VX balances represent virtual ecosystem participation credits prior to official Phase 3 Exchange Listing.

4. Fair Play, Anti-Fraud & Prohibited Conduct

To maintain ecosystem security, users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

Automated Exploitation: Utilizing emulators, auto-clickers, bot scripts, virtual environments, or automated software to simulate mining sessions.
System Tampering: Reverse-engineering, decompiling, hacking, or attempting to compromise app binaries, database records, or API endpoints.
Account Trafficking: Selling, leasing, renting, or transferring account credentials, usernames, or referral connections to third parties.
Pre-Phase 3 Sale Prohibition: Offering, trading, selling, or exchanging VX tokens for fiat currencies or external digital assets prior to the official Phase 3 Exchange Listing announcement by VX Network administrators.

5. Account Termination & Balance Forfeiture Penalty

Violation of any provision set forth in these Terms will result in immediate account suspension, permanent device banning, and 100% forfeiture of all accrued VX balances. VX Network and its developers shall bear zero financial or legal liability for cancelled balances, forfeited rewards, or terminated accounts resulting from policy breaches.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, brand identities, trade names ("VX Network" and "$VX"), visual graphics, user interfaces, and digital media are the exclusive property of VX Network Technology Inc. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative exploitation is prohibited.

7. Service Availability & Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. VX Network does not warrant uninterrupted operation or guarantee financial returns. Access may be temporarily restricted for system updates, security patches, or server upgrades.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VX Network, its directors, and developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app usage, operational downtime, or virtual asset balance adjustments.

9. Dynamic Amendments to Terms

VX Network reserves the unilateral right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued usage of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your explicit acceptance of all updated provisions.
