This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, encryption, storage, and erasure of personal data and technical metadata when you access the VX Network mobile application and our official web portal at https://vxnetwork.pro.

2. Comprehensive System Permissions & Technical Disclosures

To deliver core cloud mining operations, real-time balance synchronization, identity verification, and automated session renewal alerts, our mobile application requests the following explicit device permissions:

  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Push Notifications): Utilized to send native status bar alerts upon the expiration of your 24-hour mining cycle, enabling prompt manual session renewal.
  • VIBRATE (Haptic Touch): Utilized to provide physical tactile vibration feedback during mining interactions and system alerts.
  • CAMERA (KYC Compliance): Requested strictly during voluntary Know-Your-Customer (KYC) compliance verification for capturing physical government-issued identity documents.
  • READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / STORAGE: Requested to enable user-initiated selection and upload of profile avatars from device media storage.
  • RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Utilized to automatically re-schedule local notification alarms after mobile device system reboots.
  • INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required for secure SSL/TLS communication with API endpoints, synchronizing live mining ledgers and global leaderboards.

3. Data We Collect

We collect minimal personal data strictly necessary for account management, security auditing, and fraud prevention:

  • Account Credentials: Full Legal Name, Verified Email Address, Phone Number, Selected Username, Country of Residence, and Bcrypt-Hashed Passwords.
  • Ledger & Transaction Records: 24-hour mining session timestamps, active referral connections, and total accrued VX balance.
  • Security & Anti-Fraud Metadata: Unique Device Identifier (UUID), IP Address, Operating System Build, and App Version (processed strictly for anti-bot and multi-account auditing).

4. Non-Hardware Cloud Mining Protocol & Zero Degradation

VX Network operates via a simulated cloud hashing ledger. The application does NOT utilize your mobile device’s physical CPU, GPU, or RAM for proof-of-work mining. Operation of the app results in zero battery degradation, zero processor thermal throttling, and zero mobile hardware wear.

5. KYC Identity Verification & Data Security

Documents uploaded during voluntary KYC verification (government-issued IDs/passports) are stored on enterprise-grade servers protected by SSL/TLS 256-bit cryptographic encryption. KYC data is processed solely for identity compliance, fraud prevention, and account ownership verification. We do not sell, rent, or trade your KYC data to third parties.

6. Children's Privacy Protection

VX Network services are strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older (or the applicable age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 13. Any identified records belonging to minors will be permanently deleted immediately.

7. In-App Data Control & Account Erasure Rights

Users retain absolute control over their personal information, including the right to request complete account erasure:

  • In-App Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account, session logs, and credentials directly within the mobile application by navigating to Settings ➔ Delete Account.
  • Email Request: Alternatively, formal data deletion requests can be submitted via email to: support@vxnetwork.pro.

8. Policy Amendments and Dynamic Acceptance

VX Network reserves the unilateral right to modify or revise this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Revised policies become effective immediately upon publication on https://vxnetwork.pro. Your continued access to or use of the application following any amendments constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
